Single Serving Waffle

Serves: 1 waffle
¼ cup all purpose flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 egg white ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk ¼ tsp cinnamon ⅛ tsp vanilla or almond extract pinch of salt ½ packet of stevia (or sweetener of your choice), optional Preheat waffle maker. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Spray waffle maker if needed. Add batter and cook until golden brown. Enjoy! Makes 1 waffle at 3 WW Smart Points on both the Blue and Green WW Plans.
