Perfect Potato Wedges

Serves: 2-4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 lb red potatoes, washed and dryed
  • 2 tsp avocado oil (can sub another oil but I love avocado oil for roasting because it has a high smoke point)
  • salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
  • other seasonings, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Slice potatoes into ½ inch thick wedges.
  3. Toss with 2 tsp of avocado oil and season well with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
  4. Add any additional seasonings, if desired.
  5. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure they aren't touching.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, flip wedges, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
