Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ½ c plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Hidden Valley ranch mix
  • 3 tbsp Frank's buffalo wing sauce (not regular hot sauce)
  • 2 stalks celery, small diced
  • 2 green onions, green parts only, diced
Instructions
  1. Cook and shred chicken - set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the greek yogurt, ranch mix, and buffalo sauce.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and stir until well coated.
  4. Mix in chopped celery and green onion.
  5. If desired drizzle with more buffalo sauce just before serving. Enjoy!
Notes

Feel free to leave out the ranch mix if you'd rather have plain buffalo chicken salad - still delicious!
