Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef sirloin (90/10)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste or freshly grated ginger
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cardamom (if you have it)
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 12 oblong meatballs.
  4. Sprinkle tops with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, until good through. Broil for an additional 2 minutes.
