Easy Everyday Chicken Salad

Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced into small pieces
  • 2-3 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt
  • ½ of a celery stalk, diced small
  • ~ 1.5 tsp green onion, diced
  • 10 grapes, cut in half
  • 6 g (about 2 tsp) pecan pieces or sliced almonds
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix together chicken breast and greek yogurt, adding more greek yogurt, if needed, until the chicken is your desired consistently.
  2. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Enjoy!
