3 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced into small pieces
2-3 tbsp fat free plain greek yogurt
½ of a celery stalk, diced small
~ 1.5 tsp green onion, diced
10 grapes, cut in half
6 g (about 2 tsp) pecan pieces or sliced almonds
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a bowl mix together chicken breast and greek yogurt, adding more greek yogurt, if needed, until the chicken is your desired consistently.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Enjoy!
