Red, White, & Blue Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
  • 2-3 cups mixed greens
  • 1 c watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ c blueberries
  • ½ oz Feta Cheese
  • 8 g sliced almonds
  • ¼ c cooked quinoa
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped (optional but highly recommended!)
  • 1½ tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette (I used Kroger's Simple Truth Organic dressing which is 2 Smart Points/1.5 Tbsp - substitute your favorite!)
Instructions
  1. Layer all ingredients in a large bowl - enjoy!
