Elvis Oats! Say what?!? Guaranteed to be the most fun bowl of oats you’ll ever eat! Peanut butter, banana, and bacon on top of creamy oats make a delicious, and filling breakfast that’s ready in just minutes! If you’re a sweet and salty fan this will be your new favorite go to!
Simply cook your oatmeal and top with sliced banana, 1 tbsp of Jif Whips (I like to use this variety because 1 tbsp is just 2 smart points whereas regular PB is 3 sp), and crumbled bacon. I think the banana adds the perfect amount of sweetness but feel free to sweeten your oats if you’d like.
This bowl is just 7 WW SmartPoints on both the Blue and Green plans and makes a hearty, stick-to-your-ribs breakfast — oats (4sp), Jif Whips (2sp), crumbled bacon (1sp), banana (0sp). Enjoy!
- ½ c. old fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
- 1 c. water
- 1 tbsp Jif Whips Peanut Butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 pc bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Additional sweetener, if desired
- Cook oats and water according to package directions. I like to microwave mine - simply combine oats and water and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Add additional sweetener of your choice, if desired.
- Top oatmeal with sliced banana, peanut butter, and crumbled bacon. Enjoy!
For multiple servings simply multiply the recipe by your desired number of servings!
